Prestige Eventing Saddle Made by La Selleria Italiana of smooth, naturally-tanned calfskin leather. Features formed panels, square cantle, medium seat depth, short billets, and medium adjustable velcro front and back blocks. A very correct and well balanced saddle. Helps keep you in position over the most difficult fences. Shorter flaps for riding with shorter stirrups. Appropriate for stadium and XC phases. Also a great jumper or foxhunter saddle. FREE matching Prestige leathers available with this saddle. We generally stock this saddle in seat sizes 16", 17" and 18" as well as 32cm-35cm tree widths, and printed tobacco flaps. Most of our in-stock Prestige saddles are available for test rides. Please inquire. For the care of your Prestige leather, we recommend Prestige Leather Care Kit to keep the leather clean and very well conditioned. Prestige saddle trees can be adjusted by certain authorized Prestige dealers. VTO is authorized to make these adjustments. We can adjust a tree up or down by 2cm. We suggest that you test ride a saddle that we have available in a tree size close to what you think that you will need. Then if we need to adjust a saddle that we have in stock for you, we can do that. The charge for changing a saddle tree is non-refundable, but it is applicable to the purchase of a new saddle. In other words, we don't charge you to adjust the tree on a new saddle if you purchase it. But we do charge you for the adjustment if you do not purchase the saddle. Note about tree sizes: The following is VTO's opinion: Prestige saddles are available in 3 seat sizes. The 16" fits like a 17". The 17" fits like a 17.5" and is by far the most common size. The 18" fits like an 18". For tree sizes, 33cm and 34cm are considered "medium". For a saddle that will be used on a variety of horses, 34cm seems to fit most horses very well. 32cm is for a horse with withers and a medium to narrow back. It will fit the typical TB type horse well. We have rarely seen a horse that will take a 31cm, and we have never fit a horse narrower than 31cm. 35cm is considered "wide". 36cm and 37cm are "extra wide" and we have fit several horses for these sizes. In addition to our test ride program, we also offer "loaner" saddles if you want to custom order a Prestige saddle. Custom saddles take 6-8 weeks. With a loaner saddle, you won't have to be without a Prestige saddle while you wait. Customizations include short or long flaps, extra Dees, different leather, extra forward, different color etc.
