will be shown before you complete the order. If the subtotal of your order
(before the coupon) is less than the threshhold amount ($100.00), the coupon
discount will not apply. Discount does not apply to shipping charges or (for
Virginia residents) sales tax.
The savings
are off our already low prices shown on our website, including closeouts and
overstock items already discounted.

Important
Terms and Conditions (The Fine Print)
- The 25% off coupon
is limited to in-stock items only. Backorders will be automatically cancelled.
- *The
25% off coupon may NOT be used for the following items:
Used and consignment
saddles, gift certificates, and new Prestige and Vega saddles. We have a
limited selection of Prestige test ride/trial saddles that WILL be included
in the sale. These will be noted on our website. If you order one of these
excluded items using the 25% off coupon, our website software will display
the discount, but we will not ship the item at the discounted price, and
you will not be charged for it. The coupon does not apply to consignment
saddles, gift certificates or new Prestige saddles, even if the website
shows you that it does. If this occurs, we will confirm with you that
you want the saddle or gift certificate at regular price before we ship
it to you.
- All sales using
the 25%-off coupon are final. At these prices, there will be no returns
or exchanges, unless an item is defective. If you want the option of returning
or exchanging something or want to backorder it, do not use the coupon.
If you want the option to return or backorder a part of your order, place
a separate order for these items without using the coupon.
- The coupon applies
to Internet orders only, no phone orders. The only exception is if you have
a gift certificate redemption code that would normally be entered in the
coupon code box at checkout. Our system only accepts one coupon code at
a time, so you'll need to call to redeem your gift certificate and get the
discount.
- Coupon is valid from
12:01 AM Eastern Time Friday, December 26, 2007 until midnight on December
31, 2007. For international customers, Eastern Time is GMT/UTC -5 (the same
time zone as New York City).
- You may call or e-mail
to check the availability of an item before placing an order. But you will
still have to place the order on-line. We cannot hold items. It is possible
that if you call and we have it in stock, it may have already sold by the
time you place the order.
- We will be adding a
comment box to the checkout. Please list any substitutions that you would
be willing to accept, or not accept. Also let us know if you prefer to cancel
an order if a certain item is not in stock. We do normally assume that if
you order a $98 item and a $3 item that if the $98 item is out of stock
that you don't want the $3 item! But otherwise we prefer not to guess. This
will save time and allow us to get your order out faster.
- We will notify you
as soon as possible about backorders and possible substitutions. However,
due to the high volume of sales that we expect, we may not get to your order
for several days. We appreciate your patience.
- If you need an order
by a certain date, then choose expedited shipping and do not use the coupon.
Do not choose 2 day or 3 day shipping for sale items because we cannot guarantee
that the order will be filled within 24 or even 48 hours of placing it.
- Savings apply in-store,
too! If you are near our Broadway, Virginia showroom, please visit us! Our
store will be open 10:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time during the sale, except
that our store will be CLOSED on December 31 (New Year's Eve).
