Eggbutt Gag Bit Made from quality 18/8 stainless steel. Gag bits act on the poll of the horse as well as the bars of the mouth by using a leverage action that lifts the bit up in the horse's mouth. This bit is slightly more severe with the poll and mouth action combined, but helps horses with a tendency for low head carriage and overbending. Available in 5" and 5.5" sizes.
