Horse & More Max Control 3-Type Bit Uses the same 3-type technology as the regular Horse & More 3-Type Bit but also includes a max control effect. When the horse comes against the rider's hand the mouthpiece locks and becomes rigid, allowing for maximum control. When the horse is working with the rider the bit lies very well in the horses mouth and acts like a regular double-jointed snaffle. Because of its eggbutt shape and loose rings, this bit is also very gentle on the horse's mouth and is well accepted because of its anatomical shape. Its 3-type technology enables it to be used in three different ways allowing for individual adjustment at different levels of training (this technology is diagrammed below).
