Point Two Pro-Air Jacket
This revolutionary product can reduce your chance of injury
while participating in the sports you love! It is easy to
use, and is reusable.
The rider simply slips on the jacket and, when mounted, a
narrow lanyard connects the saddle with the jacket. Should
the rider be separated from the saddle, the lanyard will
pull the activation key from the jacket, triggering a
mechanism to release CO2 into the airbag system. The jacket
inflates, encapsulating the rider's trunk and collar area
of the neck before he or she hits the ground, providing
shock absorption on impact. At an inflation rate of 0.1
of a second, it is the fastest air jacket in the world.
As well as the obvious protection from shock absorption, the
jacket distributes pressure and above all, effectively
supports the spinal column so that the neck and trunk have
limited movement.
The elasticated lanyard allows the rider complete freedom of
movement, and will activate the inflation mechanism only when the
rider is separated from the horse.
The Point Two jacket was used by eight of the top ten finishers
at Burghley 2009. Popular with eventers in Europe, it can enhance
safety in virtually any riding discipline. It is designed
to be used in addition to (and NOT in place of) a traditional
protective vest.
Includes one compressed air canister (not reusable) and all accessories needed
to use the jacket (lanyard, straps, etc.). Additional canisters may be
purchased for $27.50 each.

Note: The pressurized canisters cannot be shipped via air, as they are considered

be required to receive the package, so it may be preferential to designate a place of business as the shipping address if no one will be
at your home to accept delivery.
