Mouthpiece is sweet copper, with 90% copper and NO nickel.
Four ways to use the Golden Wings Gag Bit:
- Buckled this way, the bit creates the effect of a regular loose ring
snaffle, but is gentler on the corners of the horse's mouth. The loose rings
make the bit more flexible and encourages the horse to chew more.
- This buckling variation allows the rider to exert gentle pressure on the neck of the
horse, with all the other advantages of the Golden Wings Gag.
- This buckling variation allows the rider to exert gentle pressure on the tongue and the
lower jaw bone of the horse, with all the other advantages of the Golden
Wings Gag.
- Shows the Golden Wings Gag in action as an Egg Butt Gag bit. This variation allows
the rider to exert effective pressure on the horse's neck and lower jaw.
