DG Stackhouse Monoflap Jump Saddle
Monoflap jump saddle hand made by DG Stackhouse, Pinehurst, NC. This
is a close contact, single flap saddle made from soft and grippy bullhide
leather. This leather is very tough and durable. Soft front moulded knee block
and rear thigh block. This is a top of the line saddle endorsed
by and ridden in by top eventers. The craftsmanship is exquisite.
As you may know, Stackhouse saddles are custom fitted by
master saddler David Stackhouse. So, what are these saddles that
we are selling? These are "off-the-rack" saddles made by Mr. Stackhouse
exclusively for VTO. The seat and tree and panels are all standard
sizes. We are offering you this opportunity to test ride a genuine
Stackhouse saddle and then buy one at an "off-the-rack" price.
If you try a saddle, and it fits your horse, you may order a semi-custom
saddle with different options. Options include but are not limited to:
Buffalo leather (extra $200), different color leather, forward, long or
short flaps, larger or smaller blocks, no rear block, etc. Semi-custom
saddle orders are final sales and require a 50% deposit. Time for delivery
will depend on Mr. Stackhouse's backlog and travel schedule.
Please note that the off the rack and semi-custom saddles we are selling are NOT custom saddles and do
not come with any sort of fit guarantee or adjustments. If you try our standard saddles and
they do not fit your horse, you may need a custom fit saddle. At that point we will refer
you to Stackhouse directly.

the saddle after oiling. Prices subject to change.
Depending on our success with this model, we may add other models in the
